HPCL has released the Fixed Term Project Associate (FTPA) notification for its HP Green R&D Centre, Bengaluru. The engagement is for one year initially, extendable up to three years depending on performance and project needs.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 14-09-2025)

• Maximum Age: 28 years

• Age Relaxation:

  • OBC-NC: 3 years

  • SC/ST: 5 years

  • PwBD (UR): 10 years

  • PwBD (OBC-NC): 13 years

  • PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

Educational Qualifications

M.Sc/B.Sc in:

• Chemistry

• Chemistry – Material Science

• Polymer Science

• Microbiology / Biosciences / Biotechnology

BE/B.Tech / PG Diploma / Diploma in:

• Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Petroleum Refining

• Polymer / Plastic Technology

• Mechanical / Automobile Engineering (experience in test benches, chassis/transient dyno, emission systems, BS VI systems desirable)

Minimum Marks:

• General/OBC-NC/EWS: 60% aggregate

• SC/ST/PwBD: 50% aggregate

• Qualifications must be from AICTE/UGC approved institutions, full-time regular courses.
