Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
Age Limit (as on 30.09.2025):

Relaxation: 5 years for APST candidates.

Ballistics – B.Sc. (Physics/Mathematics/Applied Mathematics) or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Forensic Science with Forensic Ballistics

Biology/Serology – B.Sc. (Botany/Zoology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Genetics/Physical Anthropology) or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Forensic Science with Forensic Biology

Cyber Forensics – Bachelor’s in Physics/Computer Science/Mathematics, BCA, BE/B.Tech in CSE/ECE/IT/EEE, or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Forensic Science with Cyber/Digital Forensics

Finger Print – B.Sc. with Chemistry or B.Sc. in Forensic Science
