NIT Kurukshetra Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025 – for 46 Vacancies ( Apply Online)
The National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra (NIT KKR) has released the official notification for Non-Teaching posts across multiple departments. A total of 46 vacancies are announced. The online application process will remain open from 18th August to 30th September 2025.
Candidates are required to apply online and also send a hard copy of the application to the institute by 6th October 2025.

Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical):

First Class B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering

Students Activity & Sports Assistant:

First Class Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education + record of participation in sports/cultural events

Age limit: 30 years
Library & Information Assistant:

First Class Bachelor’s Degree with Library Science Degree (PG Diploma in Library Automation desirable)

Technical Assistant:

First Class B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Engineering OR B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry)

Personal Assistant:

Bachelor’s degree with shorthand speed of 100 w.p.m.

Stenographer / Sr. Stenographer:

10+2 with shorthand skills (100 w.p.m. for Sr., 80 w.p.m. for Steno)

Age: 27–33 years
Senior Assistant / Junior Assistant:

10+2 with typing speed 35 w.p.m. + computer proficiency

NIT Kurukshetra Selection Process 2025
1️⃣ Written Test – Screening of candidates
2️⃣ Skill Test – Based on post requirements
3️⃣ Final Merit List – Based on written + skill performance
NIT Kurukshetra Salary 2025
The selected candidates will receive salary as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix:

Level-3 (₹21,700 – ₹69,100)

Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)
-
Plus DA, HRA, LTC, Medical facilities as per institute rules.
