Engagement will be temporary and honorarium-based, depending on the audit assignments under the NRLM/Anandadhara scheme.
Eligibility Criteria for DMMU Community Auditor 2025
Gender & Membership:
-
Only Women Candidates
-
Must be active SHG members under NRLM for at least 2 years
-
Must have a valid SHG & Member ID in NRLM MIS (LoKOS)
Educational Qualification:
-
Minimum: Higher Secondary (Commerce preferred)
-
Graduates (any stream) may apply if commerce H.S. candidates are unavailable
Computer Skills:
-
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Internet desirable
Other Conditions:
-
Must understand bookkeeping & accounting
-
Must not be engaged in any other paid work (Govt/NGO)

Should not hold PRI posts or be BOD/OB of Sangha/Upsangha/Mahasangha

Must be physically fit and willing to travel to villages in/outside the district

DMMU Community Auditor Selection Process 2025
Selection will be based on three stages:
1. Written Examination (60 Marks)

Business Arithmetic – 10 Marks

Basic English – 10 Marks

Cooperative Movement & Sangha – 10 Marks

Bookkeeping, Auditing & Accountancy – 30 Marks
2. Computer Test (20 Marks)
3. Interview (20 Marks)
Only those qualifying in the Written Test will be called for the Computer Test and Interview.
